PRIVATE THERAPY


You may decide to pay directly for therapy. This choice gives you privacy, as insurance requires disclosure about you and they often ask for progress notes for auditing.  Your insurance company policy will also ask for a diagnosis to bill for "medical" services. If you choose direct payments, you will not have the worries of deductibles, copay and maximum session counts. You will not need referrals from doctor, union plans or insurance panels, that would further compromise your privacy. ​

  • Your Session time is reserved exclusively for you.
  • Sessions start promptly at your scheduled time.
  • Rescheduling: Alternative session times are available if needed for rescheduling.
